Aries Clean Energy

Aries Clean Energy utilizes a unique downdraft gasification system to process waste wood and wastewater sludge. Syngas produced via gasification is combusted in a thermal oxidizer to generate thermal energy used in Organic Rankine Cycle generators to produce electricity to operate the gasification facility and operate the wastewater treatment plant. The facility is responsible for the diversion of 16 million pounds of waste from area landfills while also generating valuable biochar.

WastAway Fuels

WastAway Fuels’s patented system is a commercially proven technology that converts raw unsorted municipal solid waste into a highly-refined solid fuel via advanced sorting, hydrolyzation and optional pelletizing. WastAway provides communities up to 90% landfill diversion, recovery of the most valuable metals, and produces a safe, sterile, high-BTU fuel product for power companies looking to prolong the lives of their coal generation assets with a high-performance, sustainable fuel product. Community-scale electric power production, as well as steam production for local industries, are also fuel use options. The EPA recently issued a Comfort Letter to the company designating their SE3™ Sustainable Fuel as a Non-Hazardous Secondary Material (NHSM).
